Senior Small Business Liaison for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.  Her role is to share information and educate business owners and community stakeholders about opportunities available to small businesses in New Jersey.   Before joining NJEDA, Kathy ran a marketing, advertising and public relations company serving the unique needs of small businesses. She also served as Business Development Advocate in the Flemington NJ Business Improvement District.  Kathy is passionate about sharing information and improving equal access to opportunity for New Jersey small business owners.

 Business Development Officer for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, specializing in collateral-based lending programs for small to mid-sized businesses. With nearly 20 years of experience as a financial services professional, Rick previously served as Vice President for Investments at both JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo before joining the NJEDA.  Rick has been active in service to his community for many years and currently serves as President of the Hamilton Township Council.

Under his leadership, certified UEZ businesses can access sales tax exemptions, loan opportunities, and enhanced visibility through city-sponsored promotions and revitalization efforts.
